CORPTECH advises the shareholders and management of NKOI on the sale of NKOI, a group of oral implantology clinics (www.nkoi.nl), to DentConnect.
DentConnect is a fast growing chain of dental practices covering much of the Netherlands. The organisation started to build her international position in 2015. Today, in addition to the Netherlands, it is active in Belgium, Denmark, Germany and Italy.
