CORPTECH is a tradename of Otenti Praktijk B.V., a limited liability company (in Dutch: besloten vennootschap) incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, trade register number (KVK nummer) 62642871, VAT NUMBER (BTW nummer) NL854900093B01, whose object is to practice the profession of lawyer (in Dutch: advocaat).

Claims initiated on the basis of/governed by/subject to, the laws of the United States of America and/or Canada or brought before a court in the aforementioned countries are not covered by CORPTECH's liability insurance. In addition the execution of judgements by courts in the United States of America and/or Canada is also excluded.

4. CORPTECH does not use, or otherwise provide for, a third party account for the receipt of deposits/payment from clients or third parties..
